This sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents who have a valid e-mail address and are 18 years of age or older. This sweepstakes is void in any area where prohibited by law. Employees and agents, and their immediate families of Universal Gear or Interactive Strategies are not eligible. To enter, an individual must submit their email address at http://www.universalgear.com. If you do not wish to fill out a survey, you may also enter by sending an e-mail to info@universalgear.com. All entries must be received by 11:59pm U.S. Eastern Time the day before each drawing. The sweepstakes begins at 12:00am U.S. Eastern Time on the first day of each quarter (January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st. Each individual may enter only once and only one entry per e-mail address is permitted; applicants with multiple entries may be disqualified. If an individual does not have a personal e-mail account, he or she may obtain one at no cost at http://www.hotmail.com or a similar service. WINNER SELECTION and PRIZE:
On or about the 5th day of each quarter, one winning e-mail address will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries. The first eligible e-mail address chosen will win a $100 gift card good at any Universal Gear store or UniversalGear.com. Odds of winning depend on the eligible number of entries. Prizes will be awarded to the primary user of the e-mail account at the time of the drawing. In the event an entrant changes e-mail address, he or she will have the opportunity to update the e-mail address by e-mailing
with that request. In the event that there is any confusion over the primary user of the account, an alternative winner may be selected.
The winner will be notified by e-mail within seven days of the drawing. If Universal Gear is unable to reach the winner via the initial notification e-mail, or if winner does not respond with requested information (to process the gift card) within a 2 week period, an alternate winner may be selected. All federal, state and local taxes, license and all other costs are the sole responsibility of the winner. No alternative prize or other substitution is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
All winners, by acceptance of prize, release Universal Gear and its employees, officers, and representatives from damages arising from this sweepstakes.
Universal Gear is not responsible for computer, internet, technical, or other problems of any kind, including but not limited to lost, stolen, not received, late or misdirected entries.

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
